Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items may only be returned if damaged or defective upon arrival.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/collection, along with supporting photos.
Returned items must be in original packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will arrange either a replacement or refund (at our discretion).
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color preferences.
Payment Policy
We accept credit/debit cards and EFT payments.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

Collection Policy
If you choose collection, you will be notified once your order is ready.
